What To Look For When Buying A Protein Supplement!!

















It is important to consider your personal goal when looking for a protein. For Example, if your goal is to loose weight, lean out, and tone up you protein should not include Sugars, Carbs, Fat Calories, and Fillers. If your asking yourself, "What are Fillers?" Fillers are extra ingredients that are found in the difference of the grams in one scoop and the actual grams of protein that scoop contains. For example, Iso100 is perfect to lean out because it has 0 sugars, 0 Fat, Less than 1 gram of Carbs, and only 4 grams of fillers. How can you determine the amount of fillers per scoop? Look at the Nutrition Fact for Iso100, it states that there are 28 grams of protein per scoop, but if you look down for the actual grams of protein it states there are 24 grams. So 28 - 24 = 4 grams of Fillers.
